Below is a General Guide Regarding the Government Costs Involved in Making a Skilled Visa Application

There is no government fee to lodge an Expression of Interest (EOI).

 
GTI visa fees – Global Talent visa fees

1st stage: $1,500 – $2,000 – upon engagement

2nd stage: $2000 – $2,500 – upon receipt of Unique Identifier

3rd stage: $2000 – $2,500 – upon visa lodgement

887 visa fees

For the 887 visa , Elixir Professional fees are $2000 and $500 for each dependent (plus GST).

DHA fees for the 887 visa are $425 for the main applicant, $210 for partner and $110 for each additional applicant under 18.

Standard Elixir professional fees for 485 visas (case by case for complex cases):

  • 485 visa (Post Study Work Stream): Starting from $900 + GST (additional $400 for each dependent)
  • 485 (Graduate Work Stream- includes skills assessment): Starting from $900 + GST (additional $400 for each dependent) – Currently a skills assessment is not required. More details below*.
  • 485 Subsequent Entrant: Elixir fee is $1,600 (plus $150 GST) and Visa Application Charge (VAC) is $1,730.
  • We offer a complimentary migration pathway consultation to our 485 visa clients (valued at $150)

*From 1 July 2022, applicants for a 485 visa will no longer require a skills assessment from the relevant assessing authority. They will instead be able to apply directly to Department of Home Affairs for the visa itself. As a result of this, many skills assessing authorities will not accept new skills assessment applications for candidates applying for this visa from 10 June 2022.
